Control operational routines and manage store structure **Restaurant Manager – Fortaleza/CE (Farias Brito)** **Damaki Sushi** is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our operation! We seek a candidate with an owner's mindset, strong organization, and results orientation—someone capable of leading a team and ensuring excellence in customer service and store processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute store activities; * Manage and develop the team of employees; * Control operational routines and complete spreadsheets; * Monitor suppliers, deliveries, and inventory control; * Ensure accurate data entry into systems; * Maintain store structure organization and upkeep; * Manage supply replenishment. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Gastronomy, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and strong communication skills; * Organization and planning ability; * Proactivity and agility; * Commitment and accountability; * Analytical capability and emotional balance. **Job Details:** * Location: Bezerra de Menezes – Farias Brito neighborhood, Fortaleza/CE Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.510,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
