If you want to leave your mark, discover new paths, and experience a journey full of flavor, care, and learning, join us in writing the next chapters of this adventure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Data extraction and analysis in the Athenas system; * Control of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and CMPC (Cost of Merchandise Purchased); * Production yield analysis; * Verification and control of fiscal invoices; * Opening and tracking tickets on the Trílogo platform; * Support in monitoring operational KPIs and identifying deviations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative, operational, or KPI control routines; * Experience in data analysis and operational controls; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail. **Additional Information** * Meal and Food Allowance (iFood Benefits Card); * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Dental Plan; * San Paolo products; * Birthday Day Off. **This is our purpose!** San Paolo Gelato \& Café was founded in June 2012 in Fortaleza, Ceará.
