The Vila Galé Collection Sunset Cumbuco hotel seeks to integrate a Housekeeping Manager into its team. Advanced knowledge of computer systems and hotel-specific software or systems. Intermediate proficiency in a second language (preferably English and/or Spanish). Relevant experience in housekeeping management within large-scale hotel operations. Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, commitment to staff training, resource management skills, high sense of responsibility and urgency, strong communication ability, excellent organizational sense, rigorous attention to cleanliness, resilience, and creativity. Availability for a 6x1 rotating shift schedule. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Directly and indirectly manage housekeeping teams:** floors, general services, and laundry. Hire, onboard, and train new employees. Manage service-related costs. Plan activities according to period-specific needs (deep cleaning, inventories, area organization, etc.). Request and control products required for departmental activities. Oversee purchases, stock levels, and inventories. Monitor uniform procurement and maintenance for staff. Identify, request, and monitor maintenance, repair, and replacement services for equipment, furniture, and utensils within housekeeping areas.
