Advanced computer skills and proficiency in hotel systems and/or software. Intermediate level in a second language (preferably English and/or Spanish). Relevant experience in housekeeping within large-scale hotel operations. Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, commitment to staff training, resource management, high sense of responsibility and urgency, strong communication skills, excellent organizational ability, rigorous cleanliness standards, resilience, and creativity. Availability for a rotating 6x1 work schedule. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Directly and indirectly manage housekeeping teams: floors, general services, and laundry. Recruit, onboard, and train new employees. Manage service-related costs. Plan activities according to period-specific needs (deep cleaning, inventories, area organization, etc.). Request and control products required for departmental operations. Monitor purchases, stock levels, and inventories. Oversee uniform procurement and maintenance for staff. Identify, request, and monitor maintenance, repair, and restoration services for equipment, furniture, and utensils within housekeeping areas. Attend to VIP guests and fulfill their specific requests.
