This role is essential to our operations, as the employee will be primarily responsible for ensuring all bar areas remain immaculate, providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform daily cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of all bar areas (customer seating area, restrooms, outdoor areas, and circulation zones). * Maintain consistent organization of all areas before, during, and after business hours. * Collect, sort, and properly dispose of waste. * Monitor inventory and usage of cleaning supplies, reporting replenishment needs. * Assist the team with general organizational tasks as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or general services (experience in bars and restaurants is a plus). * Organized, agile, meticulous, and detail-oriented profile. * Good physical stamina and proactivity to maintain order at all times. * Ability to work well in a team. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Fixed Salary:** R$ 2\.000,00 monthly. * **Bonus Program:** Performance-based rewards aligned with venue goals and results. * Transportation Allowance. * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch).
