Responsible for validating data, verifying taxes, organizing files, and supporting billing, ensuring agility and accuracy in financial closing. * **Invoice Issuance:** Register incoming invoices (from suppliers), ensuring correct cost allocation and tax classification. * **Verification and Validation:** Verify compliance of invoice data with purchase orders, contracts, and received goods. * **Document Management:** Organize and archive physical or digital tax documents, monitoring validity deadlines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience with tax routines, billing, or bookkeeping. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle a high volume of invoices.
