Menu development and quality assurance. **Responsibilities** * Lead, standardize, and evolve the group's kitchen operations * Develop and update menus aligned with each restaurant's positioning * Ensure technical standards, quality, flavor, and presentation of dishes * Full team management: recruitment, training, leadership, and development * Rigorous control of food cost (CMV), technical sheets, waste, and production processes * Direct involvement in production planning, pre\-preparation, and service * Ongoing coordination with operations, management, and owners * Participation in openings, menu overhauls, and special projects * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations, good manufacturing practices, and food safety **Candidate Profile** * Proven experience as an **Executive Chef** or Senior Chef de Cuisine in medium- to large-scale restaurants * Strong leadership and team management capabilities * Business-oriented mindset with proficiency in cost management, processes, and KPIs * Practical, organized, and highly execution-focused profile * Creativity applied operationally (not merely conceptual) * Ability to perform effectively in demanding, high-standard environments **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience within gastronomic groups operating multiple venues * Hands-on experience in kitchen openings or restructuring projects * Knowledge of diverse culinary styles * Strong aesthetic sense and attention to presentation **What We Offer** * A solid, structured, and growing project * Real autonomy for management and creative work * A professional environment with a long-term vision Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$8\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
