Assist in customer service and ensure service quality **Job Description:** ---------------------- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the menu (drinks, juices, coffee, etc.). Organize and keep the bar/kitchen area and used equipment clean. Monitor and replenish supplies such as beverages, ice, fruits, and utensils. Wash and sanitize glasses, stemware, utensils, and equipment. Assist in customer service when needed—serving beverages in the dining area or supporting the team. Follow hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good handling practices. Check product expiration dates and proper storage conditions. Support inventory control and report replenishment needs. Prepare mise en place (e.g., fruit cutting, ingredient organization).
