Wash and sanitize glasses, stemware, utensils, and equipment. Assist in customer service when needed—serving beverages in the dining area or supporting the team. Follow hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good handling practices. Check product expiration dates and proper storage conditions. Support inventory control and report replenishment needs. Prepare mise en place (e.g., fruit cutting, ingredient organization).
