Backend Developer (.Net)

### **Job Description** We are looking for a .NET Backend Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance services and APIs, ensuring the scalability, security, and stability of our platforms. We seek a professional focused on code quality, proficient in architectural best practices, and proactive in optimizing legacy systems and proposing new technological solutions. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Service Development (Reactive):** Address and refine Jira tickets to implement new features, business rules, and production system support. * **API Development:** Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core / .NET 5+, ensuring high availability and integration security. * **Data Modeling and Persistence:** Perform logical and physical data modeling, and optimize queries using Entity Framework, Dapper, or raw SQL. * **Code Quality (Proactive):** Implement unit and integration tests, conduct thorough code reviews, and apply Clean Code and SOLID principles. * **Architectural Evolution (Proactive):** Identify performance bottlenecks, propose refactoring, and support architectural modernization (e.g., migration to microservices or adoption of cloud capabilities). ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid backend development experience using **C# and .NET Core / .NET 5+**. * Proficiency in creating and consuming **RESTful APIs**. * Experience with ORMs (Entity Framework and/or Dapper) and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL). * Proficiency in code versioning tools (**Git** and Git-Flow). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and **Jira**. #### **Nice-to-Haves:** * Knowledge of microservice architecture and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus). * Experience with cloud computing (AWS or Azure). * Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/food allowance; Health and dental plan — Bradesco; Training initiatives: talks, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions related to our business.
