Manage timekeeping records, leave of absence, benefits, and payslip distribution. Review payroll data and integrate with the system. Support factory employees by clarifying questions and providing daily assistance. Organize documents, update employee records, and assist in internal audits. Monitor labor-related processes (when required). Requirements: Prior experience in HR Department routines. Knowledge of labor legislation and basic HR calculations. Ability to interact effectively with factory floor employees. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and professional demeanor.
