




Job Summary: Operational manager responsible for full store management, including teams, administrative routines, financial results, assets, and customer service, supported by assistant managers and in collaboration with partners. Focus on operational and financial results **Key Responsibilities** – Operational manager. – Responsible for store operations. – Responsible for teams, organization, guidance, communication, scheduling, employee well-being, and conflict management. – Responsible for administrative routines and ensuring compliance with procedures and processes (Departmental, Finance, Purchasing, Gastronomy, Maintenance, and Commercial). – Focus on operational and financial results, seeking efficiency in cost control, COGS, operating expenses, and consumption expenses. – Collaborate with Supply and Purchasing departments to ensure store inventory and proper handling of supplies. – Responsible for communication and integration with supervisors and Group support departments. – Responsible for assets, maintenance, and optimal store functionality. – Customer service for dine-in and delivery. – Supported in-store by Maîtres who report directly to the manager. (Assistant managers assisting with all responsibilities listed above.) – As a family-owned business, the manager interacts closely with partners who operate alongside the manager in the store. **Required Competencies/Attitudes** Proactive, communicative, disciplined, and dynamic. Extensive experience in restaurant administration. **Education:** Completed high school through bachelor’s degree. **Additional Courses:** Customer service and Microsoft Office suite. **Salary:** R$3\.400,00 \+ Approximately R$1\.500,00 monthly commission. **Working Hours:** Rotating 6×1 schedule (six days on, one day off per week). Monday to Thursday: regular business hours – Weekends and holidays: extended hours.
