This professional will be tasked with continuously designing and implementing improvement projects and processes, ensuring all initiatives are completed within established deadlines, aligned with business area strategies and customer expectations. Additionally, they will be directly responsible for managing managers and specialists, as well as administering service levels of critical technology suppliers essential to business success. **Positive Environment Availability –** Ensure availability of Production and Disaster Recovery environments. **Negative Environment Availability –** Ensure continuous availability of the Negative Environment’s Production and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments. This involves establishing robust availability strategies, implementing preventive and proactive measures to avoid service interruptions, and managing contingency plans to address potential incidents. **Ensure alignment between Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS)**, ensuring security policies are consistently applied across Data Center, cloud, and office environments. This will involve close collaboration with IT and IS teams to develop and implement policies and procedures protecting the company’s information assets, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Supervise policy implementation, continuously monitor the effectiveness of security controls, and implement adjustments as needed to strengthen the organization’s security posture. **Delivery of New Projects / New Environments / New Systems.** **Ensure timely delivery of deployments, fixes, and improvements in the negative environment.** This will involve supervising and coordinating teams to ensure implementation and development processes align with organizational goals and objectives. Additionally, closely monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and implement effective solutions to meet deadlines and continuously improve the quality of the negative environment. **Strategic management of technology suppliers**, responsible for ensuring contract compliance and delivery of services within agreed-upon service levels.
