Select and establish technologies. Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices. Choose frameworks, libraries, and related tools that align with business needs both immediately and long-term. Guarantee security across the entire environment and prioritize scalability as a business priority. Mentoring and Team Member Development Identify technical gaps within the team and promote training, specialized courses, and broader knowledge sharing, including personal experience. Support involved team members in advancing their careers. Prioritize an environment where innovation and technical excellence are valued. Process and Delivery Management Understand business requirements. Act as a "shield" for the team, resolving technical or bureaucratic blockers hindering task progress. Collaborate with the team on project development and avoid unrealistic deadlines. Improve CI/CD processes, test automation, and deployment practices to ensure fast and secure delivery. **Communication and Business Interface** Explain complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders in simple, direct terms.
