**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise the IT department (support, infrastructure, and systems), promoting organization, productivity, and technical development.
* Ensure availability and full functionality of hospital systems (Electronic Health Records, GLPI, PR SISTEMAS, laboratory systems, imaging systems, among others).
* Monitor IT department performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
* Manage network infrastructure, servers, internet, firewalls, backups, physical infrastructure maintenance, technological maintenance, and information security.
* Enforce information security policies, LGPD compliance, and access control.
* Supervise technology vendor contracts and monitor SLAs.
* Plan and execute technological improvement and innovation projects.
* Ensure execution of backups and contingency plans to maintain continuity of hospital services.
* Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative departments to understand needs and propose technological solutions.
* Manage inventory of equipment (computers, printers, data collectors, etc.) and the lifecycle of IT assets.
* Provide strategic IT support to the Executive Board in decisions related to technology and digital transformation.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
* Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00
