So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers. **Job Purpose** --------------- Establish, structure, and lead the organization’s global Software Asset Management (SAM) discipline, ensuring the entire software asset lifecycle — from acquisition, deployment, usage, renewal, to retirement — is managed strategically, efficiently, and fully compliant with contracts and corporate policies. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Ensure governance of the software lifecycle * Maintain accurate software inventory and data * Coordinate stakeholders and promote cross-functional alignment * Conduct software licensing compliance activities * Optimize the software portfolio and reduce waste * Administer and evolve the SAM tool * Support related ITSM processes (revalidation, changes, incidents) * Create and maintain SAM documentation, policies, and RACI matrices * Support audit processes and evidence preparation * Continuously improve SAM processes and practices **Experience Required** ----------------------- * Prior experience in software asset management, licensing, and compliance * Proficiency in Software Asset Management (SAM): experience with principles, frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 19770), and SAM best practices. * Software Contract Analysis: ability to review, interpret, and map contracts, licensing metrics, entitlements, and restrictions. * Knowledge of Licensing Models: experience with user-based, device-based, perpetual, subscription, SaaS, etc. * Experience with SAM/ITAM Tools: familiarity with tools such as Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow, and integration with enterprise environments. * Software Data and Inventory Management: ability to organize data, maintain inventories, record entitlements, track renewal dates, and monitor compliance. * Compliance Monitoring: experience comparing actual usage against entitled rights to identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities. * Audit Preparation: experience supporting internal and external audits, ensuring correct documentation, inventory, and data * Contract Analysis and Renewal Management: experience interpreting contracts, expiration dates, and license categories; ability to plan renewals and optimizations. * Strong analytical capability and attention to detail * Collaborative communication skills across multidisciplinary teams * Fluent English (written and spoken) **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- **What We Offer** ----------------- At CNH, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
