At ePS Packaging, we’re shaping the future of packaging through technology. As a global leader in industry\-specific business and production software, we help packaging companies streamline operations, boost efficiency, and unlock growth.
With over 30 years of experience, a global footprint, and a deep understanding of the packaging industry, we believe one thing above all: our success grows when our customers thrive.
**About The Role**
The Project Manager leads multiple ERP implementation projects end\-to\-end, ensuring on\-time, on\-budget delivery and successful go\-live. You’ll own scope, schedule, risks, and change control while coordinating priorities and resources across internal teams and external stakeholders. As the primary point of contact for customers, you’ll run governance routines, provide clear executive\-level reporting, and ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction from kickoff through post\-implementation.
**What You Will Do**
* Manage multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously, from kickoff through go\-live and post\-implementation support.
* Plan, track, and control scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality across the project portfolio.
* Serve as the main liaison between clients, technical teams, consultants, and key stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.
* Lead project governance: status meetings, alignment sessions, and executive steering committees.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks/issues; manage dependencies and escalation paths as needed.
* Own change control: assess change requests, manage impacts, and align expectations with stakeholders.
* Support resource planning and prioritization, ensuring the right capacity is aligned to delivery demands.
* Produce clear project reporting, KPIs, and executive dashboards that enable decision\-making and transparency.
* Drive delivery excellence and a high\-quality customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
**What You Bring**
* Proven Project Management experience, ideally delivering ERP implementations end\-to\-end.
* Ability to run multiple concurrent projects while balancing timelines, scope, resources, and risks.
* Strong foundation in project management frameworks and delivery methods (PMI/PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid).
* Confident stakeholder manager with experience engaging technical teams and senior/executive leaders.
* Hands\-on strength in planning and governance: scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, risk/issue management, and change control.
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
* Advanced English (mandatory) and advanced Spanish (mandatory).
