The IT department is strategic to our business, and we seek a professional with technical maturity and business vision to lead this area. **Job Details** Location: Palhoça – SC Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours Salary: R$ 8.000 to R$ 10.000 **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields * Proven experience managing IT teams (minimum 2–3 years) * Experience with process automation (RPA) * Knowledge of mid-sized ERP systems, BI, and databases * Experience with networks, firewalls, and information security * Experience managing multiple suppliers simultaneously * Strategic mindset and results-oriented profile * Preferred: experience in distribution, wholesale, or healthcare sectors **Key Responsibilities** Technology Strategy and Governance * Define, structure, and lead the IT strategy aligned with business objectives * Implement and sustain a governance model, ensuring standardization and efficiency * Establish technology and data policies and best practices **Systems Implementation and Management** * Manage ERP and corporate systems * Ensure system integration and data quality * Act as the interface between business units and suppliers **Artificial Intelligence and Innovation** * Lead AI, automation, and analytics initiatives * Identify opportunities for productivity gains * Promote a data-driven culture **Information Security** * Implement security policies, access controls, and data protection measures * Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements * Mitigate technological risks **Infrastructure, Networks, and Data** * Manage servers, environments, and databases (SQL Server) * Administer corporate networks (LAN/WAN, VPN) * Manage firewall, proxy, and access policies * Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, and security **IT Support and Operations** * Lead technical support for end users * Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and user satisfaction **Supplier Management** * Manage technology contracts and partners * Control costs and contractual performance **Process Optimization** * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement * Implement solutions to increase operational efficiency **Benefits** * Complimentary lunch at the office * Dental plan * University tuition discounts * SESC benefits * Total Pass – gym membership discounts * Employee purchase discounts Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$8.000,00 – R$10.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
