Technical support and assurance of infrastructure best practices. **Open positions for those who want to transform businesses and their careers!** --------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Desirable Qualifications** • Experience leading DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Operations teams. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture, without requiring hands-on development or automation work. • Experience with observability, monitoring, cloud environment management, and information security. • Familiarity with ITIL, IT Service Management, or governance frameworks. • Certifications related to infrastructure or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, ITIL, VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.). • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. • Ability to seamlessly engage in strategic, operational, and technical discussions.### **Job Requirements** • Experience coordinating, leading, or managing Infrastructure, Operations, or DevOps teams. • Solid experience in IT infrastructure, environment administration, and technology operations. • Experience tracking operational metrics, service availability, service quality, and team performance. • Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools to track activities and manage requests. • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), servers, networks, operating systems, virtualization, and corporate infrastructure. • Understanding of incident management, change management, availability management, and service continuity processes. • Ability to organize teams, define priorities, remove blockers, and maintain delivery cadence.### **Your Responsibilities** • Coordinate Infrastructure operations and the DevOps team, ensuring stability, availability, security, and evolution of technological environments. • Serve as the alignment point between the technical team, internal departments, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and priority alignment. • Lead demand tracking for the team, removing impediments and supporting decision-making to ensure continuous delivery. • Monitor availability, performance, operational quality, and team productivity metrics, driving continuous process improvement. • Monitor risks, team capacity, incidents, changes, and infrastructure initiative progress. • Support demand planning, activity prioritization, and organization of team workstreams. • Ensure adoption of best practices related to infrastructure, security, governance, and service continuity. • Provide technical support to the team through strong understanding of infrastructure environments, contributing to decisions regarding operations and technological evolution.### **Important Reminders** At UDS, we hire competent individuals eager to transform using their knowledge.
