Here, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your value and take on challenges—helping **the largest players in the Brazilian market** keep their businesses aligned with consumer demands! **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will:** **Project Management** * Plan, execute, and monitor strategic corporate projects * Proactively manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks * Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with company OKRs * Lead agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, review, retrospective) as well as traditional PMI rituals (as appropriate per situation and project) **Communication and Stakeholder Management** * Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and IT) * Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations * Proactively identify and communicate schedule or scope deviations, with clear action plans **Processes and Continuous Improvement** * Identify bottlenecks in delivery workflows and propose improvements * Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices * Support the evolution of the PMO or the company’s project management culture **People and Teams** * Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and departments * Remove impediments blocking team progress * Mentor junior project analysts or coordinators (where applicable) **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields * 3–5 years of project management experience; experience in technology or SaaS companies is preferred * "AI First" mindset (artificial intelligence as a top priority) * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional frameworks (PMBOK) * Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Exepron, Notion, or similar * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Systems thinking and ability to prioritize in highly dynamic environments * Autonomy and proactivity in problem solving * Emotional intelligence to manage conflicts and pressure * Results orientation and owner mentality (*ownership*) * Collaboration and influence without hierarchical authority **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Certifications: **PMP, PMI\-ACP, PSM, CAPM** * Experience managing projects using Theory of Constraints (ToC) * Intermediate English proficiency * Familiarity with SaaS metrics: churn, MRR, NPS, time\-to\-value **Additional Information** *Why join our team?* *We believe in the power of diversity—it expands perspectives, promotes inclusion, and fuels growth.* *And that’s not all—we offer many other benefits for you:* Our opportunities are **Remote** or **Hybrid**! **All positions are exclusively for candidates residing in Brazil**!
