Job Summary: Microsoft Infrastructure professional to operate in hybrid environments, responsible for supporting, evolving, and modernizing servers and services. Key Highlights: 1. Operation in hybrid environments (on-premise + Azure) 2. Support, evolution, and modernization of Microsoft infrastructure 3. Administration of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure A Microsoft Infrastructure professional with strong experience in hybrid environments (on\-premise \+ Azure), responsible for supporting, evolving, and modernizing corporate server and service environments. **Responsibilities** * Administration of Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP) * Management of Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environment * Administration and evolution of Azure environment * Integration between on-premises infrastructure and cloud * Implementation of security best practices * Automation of routine tasks (PowerShell) * Familiarity with Mikrotik routers * Basic understanding of CCTV **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience with Microsoft infrastructure * Experience with hybrid environments * Certification **AZ\-104 or higher** **Desirable Qualifications** * AZ\-305 * AZ\-800/801 * Experience with cloud migration * Knowledge of security (MFA, policies, etc.)
