**Responsibilities and Duties**
Apply and promote agile methodologies in software development.
Monitor market trends and propose innovative solutions.
Develop technical specifications, schedule and conduct meetings with business areas, vendors, and internal IT teams.
Manage pending activities and maintain alignment with vendors and critical business areas.
Ensure business area satisfaction and report on delivery progress.
Serve as a technical and relationship reference within the team.
Propose and discuss solution architectures with responsible architects.
Manage resources and monitor builds and deployments in staging and production environments.
Understand rules and processes of supported business areas to propose accurate solutions.
Analyze and implement improvements to simplify IT solutions.
Schedule and conduct meetings with business areas, vendors, and internal IT teams;
Track pending activities (vendors, business areas, curation team);
Participate in decision-making, manage conflicts, and escalate critical cases to managers;
Monitor business area satisfaction;
Report on activity progress;
Manage vendor relationships;
Maintain strong relationships with all members of your team and other IT teams, acting as a leader, supporting other Product Owners’ knowledge development,
and being recognized as a reference by your team.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Technical Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technology projects.
Knowledge of microservices (REST API), Firebase, DevOps, and NoSQL databases.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Experience in management and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Agile methodology courses/certifications.
Competencies: negotiation, clear communication, and persistence.
Technical knowledge: microservices, observability tools, and architecture diagram interpretation.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience as a Product Owner developing products for digital channels.
Experience in the aviation sector.
