Description
Responsible for coordinating and driving the organization's innovation agenda, including managing the idea repository, tracking strategic projects, promoting an innovation culture, and facilitating artificial intelligence adoption. Acts as the focal point between business units, IT, Processes, HR, and the Executive Committee, ensuring innovative initiatives are evaluated, prioritized, executed, and measured to generate value for the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the full Innovation Repository lifecycle—from idea submission through to implementation;
* Conduct idea screening, evaluation, and prioritization using artificial intelligence support and strategic criteria;
* Coordinate the innovation backlog, monitoring execution of approved initiatives and removing impediments;
* Support structuring and execution of strategic innovation projects, including AI, automation, and new digital products;
* Develop and coordinate the AI adoption program for employees, including training pathways and multiplier development;
* Monitor performance indicators, financial and operational impact, and engagement levels of innovation initiatives;
* Prepare executive reports and present results to the Innovation Committee;
* Serve as the liaison between the Executive Committee and internal departments, promoting alignment, governance, and continuous improvement of innovation processes.
**Key Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Design, or related fields;
* Experience in project, process, or corporate innovation initiative management;
* Experience in backlog management, project portfolio management, and collaborative environments;
* Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar;
* Familiarity with innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup;
* Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, or equivalents;
* Knowledge of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot;
* Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and develop dashboards and executive reports;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Innovation, Project Management, or Digital Transformation;
* Experience in companies with multiple units or corporate group structures;
* Intermediate English proficiency for reading technical documentation and content.
