And together, every day, we will be much more. **\#WeAreBecauseWeAreTogether** **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in IT (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems); Relevant experience including team management; AWS, ITIL v4, and ISO 27001 certifications are desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage support, IT infrastructure, and information security teams. Serve as the technical reference for the team and remove impediments; * Participate in the development of projects and implementation plans for solutions, and execute improvements to ensure technology service availability and evolution through agile methodologies; * Manage infrastructure vendors; * Manage the IT service catalog and user support (Service Desk); * Establish and monitor internal and vendor SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Lead change management and critical incident handling; * Design, implement, and administer local (LAN) and wide-area (WAN/VPN) network architectures. Monitor traffic and performance to ensure minimal latency and high availability. Monitor and control corporate link functionality; * Manage network assets such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points, and possess knowledge of endpoint configurations and maintenance; * Update software license and version controls, IT equipment inventory, IP addresses, telecommunications configurations, and knowledge bases; * Design, implement, manage, and optimize the company’s infrastructure and solutions within AWS cloud computing environments. Ensure systems, applications, and data operate securely, scalably, and efficiently; * Optimize cloud costs and ensure proper resource sizing; * Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) strategies and automation of deployments; * Manage security policies, firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS). Assess risks, coordinate incident response, and guide employees on protecting digital assets and organizational data integrity; * Strictly control identity and access management (Active Directory); * Ensure compliance with LGPD and other data protection regulations; * Define and test Disaster Recovery (DR) and business continuity policies; * Manage backup routines (on-premises and cloud), ensuring data integrity and adherence to recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO); * Ensure monitoring and control of CCTV services.
