Your mission will be to ensure data source harmonization and the creation of a Single Source of Truth for critical Inventory and Service metrics. You will act as a strategic bridge between business and technology, transforming raw data into decisions that optimize working capital and service levels. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** **1\. Performance Management of Metrics (Business Focus)** * Inventory and Stock Management: Lead the strategy for monitoring immobilized capital, stock excesses, and overall stock health. * Loss Prevention: Manage obsolescence and expiry indicators, establishing rituals to mitigate financial losses. * Service Excellence: Ensure visibility and achievement of OTIF and INA (Stockout) targets across Latin American countries. * Actionable Insights: Translate operational performance into financial impacts to support planning cycles and executive decision-making. **2\. Digitalization and Process Alignment (Capability Focus)** * Single Source of Truth: Harmonize data sources and dashboards in Databricks/Tableau to ensure standardized, reliable metrics across Latin America. * Analytical Maturity Evolution: Lead the transition from manual reporting to advanced analytics models, integrating data sources (o9, SAP, MDG) and visualization tools. * Process Efficiency: Redesign analytical workflows to accelerate decision-making, leveraging automation and predictive modeling to support *forecasting*. **3\. People Management (Leadership Focus)** * Team Development: Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team (Coordinators and Analysts), fostering technical data competencies and business acumen. * Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary regional influencer, ensuring Latin American countries’ engagement with performance guidelines and new tools. * Data-Driven Culture: Promote cross-functional sharing of technical and business knowledge, elevating the organization’s data-driven decision-making maturity. **Requirements and Technical Knowledge** * Bachelor’s degree or higher, with solid experience leading Supply Chain, Performance, or BI functions. * Proficiency in Dataviz tools (Tableau/Power BI) and SQL / Databricks. * Knowledge of planning metrics (Inventory Turnover, Working Capital, OTIF). * Spanish (essential for Latin American interface). * Experience with advanced analytics, *forecasting*, or data science. **Business Knowledge** * Experience in commercial planning, supply chain, or finance. * Exposure to complex environments (Omnichannel or multinational operations). * Understanding of the financial impact (P\&L) of inventory and service decisions. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership through influence and excellent communication (Data Storytelling). * Resilient and adaptable profile to lead change management initiatives. * Systemic vision and ability to align technology with business needs. \#LI\-RM1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
