If you enjoy relationship building, negotiation, and possess business acumen, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Present solutions and conduct meetings with potential partners (online and in-person); * Adopt a consultative approach, understanding leads’ pain points and needs; * Manage and develop the partner portfolio; * Identify customer profiles and business opportunities; * Support forecasting of negotiations and partnership closures; * Improve lead qualification processes together with the SDR team. **Job Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or related fields); * Commercial experience, especially in service sales; * Experience with business processes and/or corporate management; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Relationship-oriented and hands-on profile; * Own vehicle is desirable. **Salary and Benefits:** Fixed salary: BRL 3000.00 \+ Incentives Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Fuel, toll, and parking reimbursement when applicable.
