Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we seek?** A results-oriented professional with prior experience leading multidisciplinary teams, an innovative and analytical profile, and the ability to manage conflicts. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Managing multidisciplinary teams in client operations (Service Desk, Operations – NOC\- and local and remote Field teams); * Monitoring employee performance, guiding and training coordinators to ensure continuous maintenance and improvement of operational workflows; * Conducting team follow-up visits to guarantee service quality and SLA compliance; * Developing and monitoring KPIs, implementing action plans, and negotiating deadlines and deliverables; * Managing relationships with the client portfolio. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or related fields; * Prior experience managing technology teams; * Experience in project management; * Knowledge of information security, networks, and Cloud. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields; * Knowledge of Operating Systems and Microsoft Power BI; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence; * Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. **Working Hours** * Business hours (São Paulo) * Availability for travel **NOTE:** Hey!
