Job Summary: Warehouse Leader to manage and guide the team, ensure warehouse organization and stock accuracy, manage inventories, and uphold safety. Key Highlights: 1. Manage inventories and operational KPIs. **JOB: WAREHOUSE LEADER** **Salary:** R$4\.000,00 **Benefits**: Meal Voucher (R$25.00/day)\+ Transportation Voucher\+ SulAmérica Health Insurance (after 3 months). * **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ️ **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and guide the warehouse/stock team; * Assign tasks and monitor team productivity; * Ensure warehouse organization, stock accuracy, and deadline compliance; * Manage inventories and operational KPIs; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations; * Report results and KPIs to management. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Technical or higher education in Logistics is a plus; * Proven experience in warehouse/stock operations; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of stock control and logistics routines; **Behavioral Profile** * Leadership and strong communication skills; * Organizational skills; * Proactivity; * Sense of responsibility. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
