Support for strategic initiatives in the textile sector A multinational textile-sector company seeks a professional to work in Supply Chain, focusing on Procurement and Project Management, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring efficiency in processes, costs, and timelines. **Responsibilities** * Lead and support procurement and supply chain projects; * Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders; * Demonstrate organization, proactivity, and results orientation; * Analyze data and information to support decision-making; * Manage multiple concurrent demands and deadlines. **Key Activities** * Develop activity and administrative procurement project plans; * Define scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks for projects under responsibility; * Support and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout project phases; * Manage communication among internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners; * Monitor procurement, cost, timeline, and service-level performance indicators (KPIs); * Identify and mitigate risks that may impact supply and projects; * Prepare status reports and present results to the Procurement Coordinator; * Ensure application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; * Control scope changes, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives; * Conduct alignment, follow-up, and project closure meetings. Requirements and Qualifications **Education**: Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields; Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Supply Chain will be considered a plus. **Experience and Knowledge** * Experience in procurement projects and processes, with analytical, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities; * Familiarity with management and control tools such as ERP (SAP is a plus), advanced Excel, and project tracking systems. **Desirable**: SAP knowledge; English proficiency will be considered a plus. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, health insurance, dental insurance, breakfast and lunch on-site, shuttle service or transportation allowance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$5,000.00 – R$6,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
