Focus on negotiation, organization, and problem-solving. **Profile: Supply Assistant** Department: Supply / Procurement Employment Type: CLT Location: Construtora Martins Araújo (Employee City) Working Hours: Business hours – Monday to Friday **Job Summary** Support the supply department by conducting quotations, procurement, and control of materials and supplies, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and agility in supplying construction sites. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with construction material suppliers * Place purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines * Manage inventory and materials movement * Support receiving, inspection, and storage of materials * Update the system with product inflows and outflows * Assist with physical inventory counts * Support consumption analysis and project requirements assessment * Assist in supplier prospecting * Provide logistical support for material dispatch and receipt between sites **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in procurement or warehouse operations, preferably in the construction industry * Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory/procurement management systems **Behavioral Profile** * Organization and attention to detail * Agility and focus on problem-solving * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure * Commitment to deadlines and results **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance and transportation allowance * Food basket * Collaborative work environment with learning opportunities Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Mandatory) Experience: * Prior experience in procurement or warehouse operations?
