Check quality and quantity of received items. Store materials in an organized and secure manner. Maintain physical and digital inventory control. Conduct periodic inventories. Update management systems with material receipts and issues. Pick and deliver materials to requesting departments. Ensure the right materials reach the correct destination. Prepare quotations seeking the best prices and delivery times. Align with clients on direct billing processes. **Requirements** Prior experience in administrative or support roles. Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in office tools such as Excel. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and other departments.
