Job Summary: Leading a team in an equipment rental store, with a focus on commercial goals, customer service, and operational management. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we operate over 800 stores across Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina—and we continue expanding! If you enjoy working with people, organization, clearly defined goals, and customer service, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the store team, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment; * Monitor and ensure achievement of commercial and operational goals; * Track store performance by analyzing key performance indicators and proposing improvements; * Conduct store opening and closing procedures, maintaining organization and service standards; * Manage inventory, equipment inflow and outflow, materials, and supplies; * Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of the team; * Ensure compliance with equipment rental, maintenance, and logistics processes; * Serve customers, resolve inquiries, and guarantee a positive experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in team management and leadership, with the ability to motivate, develop, and engage people. * Strong commercial orientation and ability to build and maintain business partnerships. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers and partners. * Experience executing administrative and operational processes, preferably in retail or service industries. * Ability to conduct recruitment and hiring processes. * Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple demands. **Additional Information** * Life insurance; * Meal voucher: R$ 638.00 per month (fixed); * Comprehensive training and development opportunities.
