Job Summary: Supervise operational and support areas, ensuring safety, organization, routine and KPI compliance, with a focus on people management and optimization of logistics processes. Responsible for people management and optimization of results. **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for PCDs (Persons with Disabilities).** SUPERVISE OPERATIONAL AREAS AND SUPPORT AREAS SUCH AS: INBOUND, REPLENISHMENT, PICKING, AUDIT, DISPATCH, VAS, REVERSE LOGISTICS, INVENTORY, OPERATIONS ROOM, AND PLANNING. ENSURE HS\&E SAFETY STANDARDS / ENSURE ORGANIZATION AND CLEANLINESS (5S) / ENSURE OMS ROUTINES **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * **Completed Bachelor's degree;** * **Experience in operational areas;** * **Experience in people management;** * **Must reside in the vicinity of Cajamar;** * **Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office package;** * **Must have flexible working hours and own vehicle;** **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** * Promote and implement Safety (HS\&E) concepts, complying with all DHL-established standards regarding safety, health, environment, cleanliness, and organization; 2\. Ensure that the 5S culture is present in the areas and environments under your responsibility. 3\. Ensure that all elements of the OMS are implemented in operational routines and those of your subordinates. 4\. Responsible for operational areas such as: Inbound, Replenishment, Audit, Dispatch, Reverse Logistics, Picking, and support areas – Operations Room, Planning, Slotting, Inventory, VAS, among others. 5\. Ensure that KPIs related to operational areas are met according to contractual SLAs. 6\. Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy meets the levels agreed upon with the customer. 7\. Responsible for maintaining all site MHEs (e.g., forklifts, RF devices, manual carts, etc.) with suppliers. 8\. Responsible for supervising equipment checklists and utilization rates. 9\. Responsible for supervising control and procurement of consumables – packaging tapes, sorting boxes, box cutters (utility knives); 10\. Responsible for ensuring preventive maintenance of operational structures (racks, shelves, flow racks, etc.) jointly with responsible departments and suppliers. 11\. Directly responsible for team structuring based on operational demand, internal and external interviews, talent development, opportunity identification and correction, leveraging tools – CEO, Accountability, Feedback, My Talent. 12\. Responsible for implementing actions mapped to improve the account’s financial results. 13\. Responsible for ensuring site projects (improvements) are implemented per specifications or guidelines proposed, including operational Kaizens. 14\. Responsible for ensuring corporate HR programs are implemented within their areas of responsibility. 15\. Responsible for ensuring activities shared with Transport areas (XD, CS, etc.) are performed per process guidelines. 16\. Responsible for attending operational alignment meetings with the customer, whether for daily or monthly production definitions for Inbound and Outbound areas. 17\. Responsible for ensuring operational teams’ training (Matrix), based on WIS and each area’s procedures. * 18\. Responsible for planning Reverse Logistics area demands, meeting KPIs agreed upon in the contract with the customer. 19\. Responsible for ensuring packaging rework processes per the contract with the customer. 20\. Responsible for ensuring VAS rework activities per kits agreed upon with the customer. 21\. Monitor activities related to Asset Protection, supporting possible incident or loss investigations. 22\. Support requests from the site Human Resources department. 23\. Support asset control at the site. 24\. Conduct standard shift handovers with peers from the previous and next shifts, and report key points identified during your workday and shift to your direct manager; 25\.
