**Employment Type:** Independent Contractor \- PJ* Plan procurement of materials, equipment, and services according to project schedules, demands, and priorities of solar energy projects and construction works.
* Conduct quotations, comparative analysis charts, and commercial evaluations, considering price, delivery time, quality, payment terms, logistics, and supply risk.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial and contractual conditions, focusing on cost reduction while maintaining quality.
* Issue, track, and control purchase orders through final delivery, resolving delays, discrepancies, and other pending issues.
* Manage a portfolio of strategic suppliers, maintaining professional relationships and monitoring performance, delivery timelines, quality, and service levels.
* Prospect, develop, qualify, and maintain an updated database of new suppliers and service providers.
* Analyze market trends and monitor price fluctuations, material availability, supply conditions, and relevant industry developments in the photovoltaic sector.
* Negotiate and monitor supply and service contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Construction, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments in supply planning.
* Monitor inventory levels, consumption rates, and material replenishment needs to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and emergency purchases.
* Track procurement KPIs such as savings, average acquisition lead time, on-time delivery rate, cost per project, and supplier performance.
* Identify opportunities for cost reduction, material standardization, and procurement process improvement.
* Ensure proper organization of documents related to procurement, including proposals, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and records.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, approval authorities, procurement procedures, and company ethics and compliance principles.

* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
* Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist, including negotiations, supplier management, and purchase order follow-up.
* Knowledge of quotation chart preparation, cost analysis, and evaluation of commercial terms.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
* Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, organizational capability, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
