Job Summary: This role involves managing a light and utility vehicle fleet operation, conducting performance meetings, driving operational models, creating reports, and leading a team. Report preparation and operational model implementation **Responsibilities and Duties:** What are we looking for? You will manage light and utility vehicle fleet operations in the Jaboatão dos Guararapes region, conduct monthly performance review meetings on company delivery metrics, implement the operational model, prepare client and management reports, lead a team (coordinator and fleet controllers), and travel to client operation sites and Vamos stores. You will interact directly with clients during alignment meetings and with your team to define operational priorities and updates. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics and/or related fields; Experience in fleet management; Experience in the e\-commerce sector is a plus; Technical experience in vehicle maintenance management is desirable; Flexible working hours; Willingness to travel; Valid Brazilian driver's license category B (CNH B) is mandatory; Advanced Excel proficiency required; Easy access to the Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE region.
