Supervise logistical support operational areas, including Inbound, replenishment, picking, auditing, outbound, VAS, reverse logistics, inventory, operations control room, and planning—ensuring compliance with operational procedures, HSE safety standards, organization and cleanliness per the 5S methodology, as well as execution and monitoring of OMS routines. **Requirements** -------------- What are the requirements? * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; completion or ongoing postgraduate studies preferred. * Experience in the logistics operational area. * Experience in people management. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Among your key responsibilities, you will: * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, cleanliness, and organization according to corporate standards and the 5S methodology. * Ensure execution of operational routines and OMS elements in the areas under your responsibility. * Supervise Inbound, Picking, Replenishment, Auditing, Outbound, Reverse Logistics, Inventory, VAS, Planning, and Operations Control Room operations. * Ensure achievement of established operational KPIs and contractual SLAs with the client. * Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy in line with defined targets. * Manage the operational infrastructure, ensuring equipment and site facility availability and preventive maintenance. * Ensure proper team sizing according to operational demand and resource planning. * Lead people development, training, feedback, and operational team performance management processes. * Ensure implementation and updating of operational trainings, Work Instructions (WIs), and training matrices. * Manage productivity indicators, direct labor hours, absenteeism, overtime, and turnover. * Ensure execution and monitoring of Labor Planning, adjusting resources and equipment as required by operational needs. * Conduct operational meetings and alignment sessions with clients to review performance and address operational demands. * Ensure implementation of projects, continuous improvements, and Kaizen initiatives aimed at operational and financial gains. * Ensure execution of shared activities with support areas, transportation, and other integrated operations. * Monitor and ensure execution of rework, reverse logistics, and VAS activities per the client’s contract. * Ensure compliance with operational safety standards, use of PPEs, Safety Walks, BBS, and preventive actions. * Track incidents, accidents, and corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA), ensuring timely implementation. * Promote effective communication among operations, leadership, and support areas, ensuring alignment of actions and outcomes. * Ensure adherence to the Code of Ethics, corporate HR programs, and initiatives supporting organizational climate and EOS. * Develop and support your direct team, promoting capability building, engagement, and continuous improvement of operational processes. * Ensure control and supply of necessary operational consumables for site activity execution. * Monitor and ensure proper shift handover between operational teams and leadership. * Collaborate with Security departments in investigations of incidents, deviations, and operational losses. * Ensure corporate quality, organization, and cleanliness programs are maintained across operational areas. * Collaborate with other leaders and support areas to ensure operational efficiency, communication, and performance. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is the global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
