Job Summary: Operational leader who conducts daily meetings, monitors performance indicators, manages team attendance, and ensures compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for safety, quality, and organization of the area. ️ **Meal Allowance:** R$ 27.00/day **Shuttle service available** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily team meetings, assign tasks, and monitor activity execution; * Monitor operational indicators and propose improvement actions; * Manage team attendance, overtime, and time bank; * Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory management processes; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards; * Conduct training and develop the operational team; * Participate in alignment meetings with coordination and other leaders. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed High School (Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree is a plus); * **Experience:** Prior experience in operational/logistics leadership; * **Technical Knowledge:** * Material organization; * Occupational safety regulations; * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Word and Excel). ### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Determination and perseverance; * Flexibility and openness to change; * Results-oriented; * Leadership and strong communication skills; * Stress tolerance and resilience.
