Job Summary: Manage and optimize logistics operations, ensuring on-time deliveries, quality, and organizational efficiency, with a focus on operational efficiency and team development. Process standardization and performance indicator monitoring. **DESCRIPTION:** Ensure deliveries are executed **on time, with quality and operational organization**, guaranteeing efficient management of logistics resources, operational discipline, and cost optimization, thereby contributing to operational efficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and organize delivery routes and scheduling. * Manage the operational team (drivers and general services), monitoring daily performance and discipline. * Ensure accurate order picking and verification prior to deliveries. * Organize and maintain the yard safely and efficiently. * Support physical inventory execution. * Develop, implement, and monitor operational checklists. * Standardize logistics and delivery processes. * Train and develop the operational team. * Monitor and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of fleet vehicles. * Optimize departmental resource utilization to achieve efficiency and cost savings. * Plan and track team goals and performance. * Create, analyze, and present managerial reports and logistics performance indicators. * Monitor departmental performance metrics. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferred education in **Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum experience in logistics team management and fleet operations (a differentiator). * Experience with **ERP systems** focused on logistics and deliveries. * Report creation and analysis. * Excel/spreadsheet proficiency at **basic to intermediate level**. **COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:** * Salary; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Birthday day off. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
