Propose improvements to logistics processes The company seeks a Logistics Supervisor in Novo Hamburgo (Canudos). **Responsibilities:** Supervise physical receipt and inspection of materials. Coordinate receipt inspections and ensure required documentation is recorded. Monitor and guide cargo handling (including operation of forklifts). Ensure proper organization, identification, and storage of materials. Control and maintain inventory accuracy. Supervise freight quotations and relationships with carriers. Monitor and validate issuance of invoices. Lead the departmental team, assigning tasks and tracking results. Propose improvements to logistics processes. Previous experience as Logistics Supervisor, Operations Manager, Logistics Analyst, or Transportation Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
