Support for safety, quality, and performance management We are looking for a **Logistics Leader** to guide operational teams, ensuring adherence to routines, safety, quality, and operational performance. **Responsibilities** * Guidance of operational teams; * Management of contractors; * Management of operational routines; * Support for safety, quality, and team performance management in relation to results. * Monitoring of agreed SLAs * Implementation and dissemination of 5S discipline. **Requirements** * Completed high school or technical education; * Experience in team leadership; * Experience in managing operational results; * Flexible working hours; * Availability for overtime. **Working Hours** 10:00 AM to 7:48 PM and 2:00 PM to 11:52 PM Monday to Friday **What We Offer** Salary: BRL 3500.00; Benefits: Transportation voucher (VT), meal allowance (VA), on-site meals at no cost, life insurance, dental assistance, total pass, and attendance bonus.
