Dutra, 670 \- Eugênio de Melo, São José dos Campos \- SP, 12247\-000 Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours Monday to Saturday, 1:40 PM \- 10:00 PM Salary: R$ 2\.649,25 \+ PLR (twice per year) Responsibilities: Lead and supervise operational activities including cargo receiving, warehousing, picking, material handling, and product shipping. Coordinate the operational team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance while ensuring proper use of thermal PPE. Control operational indicators, inventory levels, product expiration dates, and traceability, as well as support inventories and audits. Optimize facility layout, drive continuous process improvement, and resolve operational deviations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with operational requirements.
