We are looking for a **Senior Buyer** to work with a focus on negotiation, cost analysis, and internal department support, handling high-volume procurement of services and materials related to the renewable energy sector, ensuring efficiency and compliance in procurement processes.
**Required Experience**
Available for 100% on-site work in Campinas/SP
Completed undergraduate degree;
Proven experience in procurement of materials, equipment, and medium-complexity services;
Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis);
**Preferred Qualifications**
Experience with COUPA, SAP, and DocuSign systems is desirable;
Advanced PowerPoint skills are desirable;
Intermediate English proficiency is desirable;
Work Responsibilities
Continuously monitor internal customers’ needs through clear and consistent communication;
Conduct quotations, negotiations, and issue purchase orders for materials and services;
Evaluate received proposals considering total acquisition cost, analyzing price, delivery time, taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, DIFAL, ST, etc.), freight, lead time, etc.;
Conduct scenario analyses and identify cost-reduction opportunities;
Maintain and update internal systems and control spreadsheets;
Knowledge of drafting and mediating contractual draft discussions between CPFL Legal and suppliers.
