**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Execute procurement processes for commodities and production materials, issuing and tracking purchase orders until final delivery (follow-up);
* Negotiate with domestic suppliers and, when necessary, international suppliers, seeking optimal commercial terms, delivery schedules, and payment conditions;
* Monitor deliveries and ensure adequate supply to meet production demands;
* Develop, qualify, and monitor new suppliers, evaluating quality, service capacity, and competitiveness;
* Support internal departments in defining technical specifications and procurement needs;
* Monitor supplier markets, price trends, material availability, and supply risks;
* Analyze performance indicators (costs, savings, lead time);
* Support cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement in supply chain processes;
* Collaborate with other departments to align procurement requirements;
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements;
* Support audits and supply chain-related processes;
* Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the role;
* Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and occupational safety guidelines per internal and regulatory standards.
* Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity within the scope of the role, as requested.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the role;
* Residency in Itupeva or easy access to the area;
* Familiarity with ERP systems; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of strategic negotiation and contract management.
* **Desirable:**
* Postgraduate degree or specialization courses in Supply Chain, Strategic Procurement, Negotiation, or Industrial Management;
* Intermediate English proficiency;
* Experience in regulated environments;
* Knowledge of market analysis, supply risk management, and contract management.
