




Job Summary: Support the activities of the Supplies department, including spreadsheet management, inventory control, purchase orders, quotations, cost tracking, and logistics routines. Focus on organization and effective communication **Supporting the Supplies department activities**, such as updating spreadsheets, managing inventory, placing purchase requests, obtaining quotations, budget and cost control for the department. Responsible for entering invoices and purchase requisitions into the system, following company procedures and regulations. Also support logistics-related operational routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and update inventory, purchase order, and material movement spreadsheets; * Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying replenishment needs and preventing stockouts; * Submit purchase requisitions and oversee the entire procurement process until goods receipt; * Request and compare supplier quotations to contribute to departmental cost control; * Enter invoices into the system, ensuring compliance with issued purchase orders; * Support other departmental requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be **over 18 years old**; * Be **currently enrolled in or have completed high school**; * Currently pursuing or having completed studies in **Business Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering** is a plus; * Have **interest in Logistics and/or Maintenance fields**; * Be **organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills**; * Have basic knowledge of the **Microsoft Office suite**. * Have **easy access to Jacarepaguá – RJ**. * Availability for a **6-hour daily work schedule** (per the Apprentice Program guidelines).
