




Job Summary: Professional responsible for leading the promoter team, identifying opportunities, ensuring execution quality, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership and performance monitoring of promoters 2. Relationship development with store managers and supervisors 3. Planning and execution of field activities * Leading the promoter team; * Identifying opportunities and securing additional retail points; * Supporting setup activities and additional retail points; * Ensuring FIFO compliance in stores and adjusting virtual stock levels; * Photo book (best monthly executions); * Conducting monthly meetings with the promoter team; * Analyzing reports; * Managing field presence of the promoter team; * Building and maintaining relationships with store managers and supervisors; * Weekly work planning to identify opportunities and maintain execution quality; * Participating in promoter selection and assignment; * Completing surveys via Involves Stage, including photos.
