Analysis and optimization of metrics and budget **Job Description:** Lead strategic Marketing planning by defining objectives, actions, and priorities, with active participation in developing and executing plans. Manage and strengthen media relationships, producing or reviewing information as needed, and ensuring consistent institutional positioning. Maintain relationships with suppliers and strategic partners, negotiating requirements, monitoring deliverables, and intervening directly when adjustments are necessary. Develop, organize, and monitor the annual marketing and events calendar, ensuring adherence to deadlines and directly unblocking processes. Analyze, control, and optimize the department's budget through adjustments, revisions, and continuous, practical expense tracking. Monitor marketing metrics, KPIs, and results; analyze data and implement improvements. Track market trends and competitor activities, delivering practical, actionable insights for positioning and campaign adjustments.
