Join us in aligning your purpose with our business and becoming part of our success story. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the truck sales market, identifying trends, competitor behavior, and customer needs; * Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI, transforming large volumes of data into clear, visual information to support management decisions; * Develop and monitor market and sales KPIs, identifying business opportunities and challenges—with emphasis on profitability and volume; * Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure execution of proposed initiatives; * Perform database cleaning to ensure data integrity and reliability used in analyses; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments related to assigned responsibilities; * Carry out other duties related to the position, as required by departmental needs and managerial direction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Market Intelligence, Business Analytics, or Finance; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; * Experience in data analysis, automation, income statement (DRE) analysis, and pricing strategy; * Experience in the heavy machinery or truck dealership market; * Experience with CRM platforms; * ERP knowledge; * Applied statistics and predictive modeling knowledge; * Experience with programming languages for data analysis (SQL, Python, etc.). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
