For this position, your mission will be to perform customer service activities, manage contracts and commercial proposals, execute marketing actions, support coordination and management, and provide necessary information to other departments. We can’t wait to find out if it’s you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Maintain and archive fiscal documents for the department; Generate requests for approval of invoices; Process service and/or product invoices in the system for supplier payment; Verify incoming invoice reports; Cross-check invoice (NF) data with purchase orders (OC); Record product invoices related to movements between headquarters and branches, as well as between branches; Issue third-party invoices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Information** What we offer you: * Hapvida Health Plan – 100% company-paid (employee + 1 dependent); * Meals provided at the workplace; * Basic food basket via Sodexo; * Life insurance; * Optional dental plan; * Transportation allowance.
