Join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments, as requested; * Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines, aiming to optimize departmental operations; * Perform other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and manager guidance. * Conduct onboarding (welcome process) for customers/buyers; * Support the development and planning of surveys, and administer, analyze, and propose improvements to the Customer Relationship Manager (NPS, CSAT, and CES surveys); * Update customer data records in systems (TOTVS/CVcrm); * Interact with customers via omnichannel communication (WhatsApp, phone, VoIP, e\-mail, chatbot, letters); * Provide in-person customer and partner support — at the office and construction sites. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Negotiation techniques; * Basic knowledge of market analysis. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
