Job Summary:
Responsible for resource mobilization, partnership management, and business development, seeking new revenue streams and strengthening relationships with investors.

**️ Your typical day will include:**
* Achieve assigned resource mobilization targets by proactively and responsively engaging with companies, foundations, and funding agencies
* Build and manage the end-to-end pipeline: mapping, benchmarking, outreach, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
* Prospect national and international institutional and commercial partners, identifying new niches and revenue sources for the portfolio
* Map market demands and translate them into opportunities for existing projects, while also supporting the conceptualization of new business initiatives
* Regularly monitor national and international funding calls and programs, analyzing relevance and suitability for participation
* Lead project registration and follow-up under incentive laws (Rouanet Law, ProAC, state and municipal laws) and other funding mechanisms
* Coordinate with technical and accountability teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery
* Manage relationships with portfolio investors, monitoring deliverables, counterparty obligations, and satisfaction—with a focus on renewal and expansion
* Develop relationship-building plans and engagement activities to strengthen idg’s partner base
* Ensure negotiated counterparty obligations align with each facility’s mission and with public guidelines governing management contracts
* Participate in the strategic planning of the Marketing and Partnerships area, contributing market insights and revenue projections
* Maintain disciplined CRM funnel tracking, including revenue forecasting and periodic reporting to the Executive Board
* Develop and keep updated institutional materials, presentations, and portfolio proposals in collaboration with Communications
* Interface with Content, Curation, and Projects teams to co-develop products and initiatives with resource mobilization potential
**Requirements for this position:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Cultural Production, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields
* Experience in resource mobilization, consultative B2B sales, institutional partnerships, or business development—with performance targets under direct responsibility
* Demonstrated track record of closing sponsorship agreements or corporate partnership contracts
* Proficiency in cultural incentive mechanisms (Rouanet Law, ProAC, and related frameworks) and private social investment logic
* Active professional network within corporate marketing, communications, ESG, or institutional relations departments
* Routine use of CRM systems and commercial funnel management
* Willingness to travel among idg units and projects
**Nice-to-have qualifications:**
* Experience with social organizations, OSCIPs, or institutions managing public-sector management contracts
* Experience with large-scale cultural projects or museological facilities
* Experience with funding calls, grants, and international cooperation
* English fluency (verbal and written)
