A real estate construction and development company seeks a Commercial Manager in Palhoça. **Responsibilities:** Management and expansion of partnerships with real estate agencies and external brokers. Direct relationship with strategic partners. Development of commercial strategies to increase sales and attract new partners. Planning and execution of commercial activities, events, and brand activations. Integration with internal departments (marketing, legal, finance, and product). Sales funnel management, leads, reservations, and unit availability tracking in the system. Monitoring of commercial performance and support for marketing and sales strategies. Support and training for internal teams and external partners. Responsible for the operation and organization of the sales desk. Previous experience as Commercial Director, Sales Coordinator, Sales Supervisor, or Business Development Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
